Paul Brennan
Founder and Managing Partner

Paul started his career in the early 1990s working with a variety of companies in their finance organizations. In 1995 he joined Stone Staffing, becoming a top producer and later a manager; over a twenty-five-year career there he was instrumental in the firm placing over 3,000 positions. At the end of 2020 Brennan Staffing Group acquired the assets of Stone Staffing.

Robert Payne
Director of Recruiting
Accounting and finance
A 1978 graduate of Quinnipiac University with a degree in Economics, graduating with honors and winning The Wall Street Journal Economic Achievement Award, and an MBA from Suffolk University. Robert worked 27 years at Winter Wyman and Company, eventually becoming a Managing Partner in charge of four divisions. He joined Stone Staffing in 2011 to assist Paul Brennan in growing the business.

She joined Brennan Staffing Group in January 2021, supported HR and onboarding, payroll, billing and invoicing as Operations Manager, and moved into recruiting inspired by the recruiters around her.

With more than 25 years of progressive experience in administrative support and operations management, Valerie brings her diverse expertise to Brennan Staffing Group. She joined in January 2021 following the acquisition of Stone Staffing, then transitioned into recruiting. Outside work she serves her community through organizations like Leominster Outreach and Ginny's Helping Hand.
